American Mineral Registry, operated by American Mineral Registry LLC, is a matching and price discovery service. We introduce mineral and royalty owners to independent, vetted buyers. We are not the buyer, and we are not a licensed broker, law firm, accountant, or financial adviser.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Information here is general and may not fit your situation. You should take independent professional advice before selling any interest.
Offers come from third party buyers, not from us. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, or that any offer will reach a particular price. Any sale is a transaction between you and the buyer, closed through a licensed, independent title company or closing agent.
We do not charge owners an upfront fee for getting offers. We never ask you to wire money to receive a payment.
