American Mineral Registry terms of use: an oil well in the badlands of the Dakota Prairie Grasslands, North Dakota

What American Mineral Registry is

American Mineral Registry is a matching and price discovery service. We ask buyers for offers on your interest. We are not a licensed broker, law firm, accountant or financial adviser. We often buy an interest ourselves and may resell it.

No advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Information here is general and may not fit your situation. You should take independent professional advice before selling any interest.

Offers and sales

Every offer names its buyer, which is often American Mineral Registry itself. We do not guarantee that you will receive an offer, or that any offer will reach a particular price.

Any sale is a transaction between you and the buyer, closed through a licensed, independent title company or closing agent.

No upfront fee

We do not charge owners an upfront fee for getting offers. We never ask you to wire money to receive a payment.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to confirm your own ownership before selling. You are responsible for your own decisions.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, American Mineral Registry is not liable for decisions you make based on information or offers obtained through the service.
